Noah Nite is a civil defense attorney who has experience in both first and third party liability matters, including premises liability, auto negligence, uninsured and under-insured motorist coverage, breach of contract, nursing home negligence, construction defect, business litigation via indemnity and subrogation claims, and home insurance claims. Noah was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2013 after graduating with honors from the University of Miami School of Law. Noah has represented insurance companies and Fortune 500 companies in litigation throughout Florida. During law school, he clerked for the Honorable John Schlesinger at the Miami-Dade Circuit Court, and then later served as a JAG intern for the U.S. Coast Guard.
