Michael Fogarty, Esq. is a seasoned litigator, with nearly 20 years of experience. Licensed in both Florida and Massachusetts, he has spent the bulk of his career in civil litigation, primarily defending corporate clients. He has an incredible wealth of trial experience (both civil and criminal), almost exclusively first or solo chair. Mr. Fogarty attended the University of Texas, at Austin, for undergraduate studies, and the University of Miami, Florida, for law school. In his spare time, Mr. Fogarty is active in animal/pet rescue charities.
