Lynne E. Radke, Esq. is a graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting, and a cum laude  graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.   While in law school, she was Case and Comment Editor of the Law Review her third year, and a staff member of the Law Review her second year.

Lynne E. Radke, Esq. is a graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting, and a cum laude  graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.   While in law school, she was Case and Comment Editor of the Law Review her third year, and a staff member of the Law Review her second year.  One of her writings was selected for publication in the school’s Law Review publication.  Prior to law school, Ms. Radke was employed as a Certified Public Accountant for three years.  After attending law school, she was chosen to serve as a judicial clerk to Michigan Supreme Court Justice Robert Griffin.  After serving as judicial clerk for almost two years, Ms. Radke began working for an insurance defense firm in Detroit where she focused on products liability, employment litigation, premises, auto, and general personal injury defense.  She moved to Florida in 2003, where she worked for a large defense firm concentrating again on general liability and insurance defense matters.  During this time, she authored an article that was published in a national defense magazine, DRI’s For the Defense, pertaining to products issues, and was also a speaker/presenter at a national teleconference that discussed trends in products cases.  Ms. Radke practices in the area of general liability defense for the firm.  She is a member of The Florida Bar, the State Bar of Michigan (voluntarily inactive), and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Middle District  and Southern Districts of Florida, the Western and Eastern Districts of Michigan, as well as the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
