He then went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law. During his studies as a law student, he gained experience in the legal field as a legal intern. After graduating law school, Mr. Monserrat would further the development of his legal career as a law clerk in a full service law firm in Miami. Mr. Monserrat was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2022 and joined the firm to help serve its expanding client base with diligent and professional service.

JAMES MONSERRAT, was born and raised in South Florida and joined Pozo-Diaz & Pozo, P.A. in the Fall of 2022 as an associate in the firm’s Miami Office. Mr. Monserrat completed his undergraduate studies at Florida International University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, minoring in International Studies.
