He earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from Northeastern University, graduating summa cum laude and within the top one percent of his class. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School, where he concentrated his studies in litigation and represented claimants in the school’s Unemployment Clinic.

After law school, Mr. Tourian relocated to Florida, where he began his legal career as an Assistant Public Defender with the Orange County Public Defender’s Office. His practice also includes first-party property litigation involving homeowner’s insurance claims related to hurricanes, roof, and plumbing losses. In addition, he has over a decade of experience defending PIP and MedPay claims for major auto insurance carriers throughout Florida and regularly represents clients in premises liability actions.

Prior to joining PDP, Mr. Tourian served as a partner at a Central Florida insurance defense firm dedicated entirely to civil litigation.

He is admitted to practice law in Florida and Wisconsin, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
