Thomas Edens, an experienced and seasoned litigation attorney, joined Pozo-Diaz and Pozo in May of 2025 after 8 years as a partner at a central Florida insurance defense firm.  Thomas has had the honor of representing individual insureds as well as large corporate clients such as Geico, Walmart, and Security First Insurance Company.  Prior, Thomas practiced consumer bankruptcy and family law and had the honor of representing individuals in those practice areas.   

Born and raised in Titusville, Florida, Thomas attended the University of Central Florida for his undergraduate degree and Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida, where he received his juris doctor and graduated top 10% in his class.  At Barry Law, Thomas was a Dean Study Fellow and participated in prestigious internships/externships at the Middle District of Florida Bankruptcy Court and the Pro-Se Debtors Clinic
