Marley Padula is a dedicated litigator who joined Pozo-Diaz & Pozo after serving as a partner at a leading Central Florida insurance defense firm for over six years. She brings a broad range of experience in representing major insurers and corporate clients, including GEICO and Walmart, in complex litigation matters across the state.

Marley earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida and her Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law. She is actively involved in the legal community through her participation in the Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar, the Brevard County Bar Association, and the Vassar B. Carlton American Inn of Court.
