Haydee De La Rosa-Tolgyesi was raised in South Florida and joined Pozo-Diaz & Pozo, P.A. in 2024. She received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Toronto, and her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Miami School of Law. She has over 30 years of litigation experience in various areas of law including insurance defense litigation and family law. Before joining the firm, Haydee spent over a decade as an In-House Managing Attorney for a major insurance company. In this role, she provided legal guidance and training to a large team of associates, overseeing all aspects of case handling, from inception through final case disposition, including mediation and trial.
