Since receiving his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2008, Eric has handled hundreds of complex civil litigation matters while specializing in the defense of products liability, negligent security, premises liability, trucking liability, auto accidents, property damage, general liability, coverage disputes, and cases involving wrongful death and catastrophic personal injuries.
He has successfully represented multiple Fortune 500 companies and has provided insurance defense to an array of clients at the trial and appellate levels of both State and Federal courts in jurisdictions throughout the country, including the reported case Winn v. Vitesco, 365 Ga.App. 442 (2022).
Eric has also written and presented before corporate counsel, in defense litigation publications, and before the insurance industry on products liability issues, autonomous vehicle litigation, strategies for approaching scope of discovery disputes, and regarding the changing world of personal jurisdiction.
