Duchant Johnson is an associate at the firm’s Orlando office and focuses his practice in all aspects of litigation including negligent security, automobile liability, premises liability, wrongful death, commercial litigation, insurance litigation and employment. Prior to joining the firm, Duchant developed extensive experience representing local governments in a broad range of civil matters with his concentration involving excessive force, First Amendment violations, Title VII claims and negligence. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Seton Hall University and Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
